To the pre-staged investors I want to thank you for your patience during the 9 months of difficult times when I battled to build the automated software and billing systems together wiht the delays of the implementation of the content delivery network and has added a minimum of 15, 000 shares to your account at R0.65c per share. If you did not receive your electronic copy of your share certificate from Computershare (Pty) Ltd, please contact me on the details at the end of this correspondence so I can rectify it for you immediately.

2. If you have not done so yet, please create your investor account on Computer Shares website here:

  2. Remember that you need to have your certificate number and your postal code that is on the certificate number. Where the company validation is requested, please select: EXPECTRA 105 LTD (LIVING TECHNOLOGIES) as your option.
  3. You may also buy shares at R0.65c for someone else, or refer other investors to us, or increase your own shares before our official launch of the CDN software on the 31st September 2012.
  4. If you are a debtor, creditor or has concluded contractual obligations with me that is not completed or unfinished, you may request debenture shares for any unsettled or un-completed contract values even if the contracts never realized or for any reason did not complete.

I am seeking a investor/partner to help me to obtain the services of Arcay Capital and several other professionals to implement and deploy Expectra 105 Ltd as a profesional services company and to change the companies profile to fit the international investors request and to ready the company for listing on the JSE. I believe that through the latest media technologies available globally I am able to rapidly change the way people and businesses interact and communicate through the use of rich content media interaction, across all sectors of the economy from individuals to large corporations. I am able to enhance personal and business interactions through easily accessible, user friendly applications and platforms. I am in the final process of developing network infrastructure for business solutions and services (including training) for deployment on South Africa's first ever dynamic content delivery network. This website is already automated to handle your website and domains on the internet.

These services allow customers to interact in a dynamic media rich environment on locally based platforms using local infrastructure and local bandwidth with local cost. This website informs and disclose Living Technologies aggregation services for Expectra 105 Ltd, Neotel, Tat Communications and other leading companies.

South Africa has very little experience towards content distribution of large media, fast, effective streaming and downloading of videos, or large file content and is plagued with slow internet connections.

Living Technologies is the vehicle that brings the ability within the grasp of every business, no matter how large or small, the individual and to the masses.

One of the most significant advances in technology today is the combination of the internet and the World Wide Web. Worldwide acceptance of these technologies has been dramatic with hundreds and millions of interconnected businesses and individuals using the internet to enhance their operations and their lives. We are a CDN Network & Aggregation Services Provider.

We have the expertise to deploy products and services over a CDN.

We have the ability to develop products and services for intermediate service providers/resellers and end user customers.

We have already deployed various services on CDN’s elsewhere in the world (e.g. live website spokesperson).

We are deploying various CDN nodes across South Africa to enable data, video and audio uploads / downloads from the nearest geographic / regional location.

We are deploying various technologies to enable the streaming of recorded / live video for customers.

We are training customers to enable them develop their own end user products and services.

Living Technologies will be utilising the Tata Communications CDN which is being deployed in South Africa through their local operation, namely Neotel. The CDN network will be used for delivery of the Living Web service as well as numerous other CDN related services outlined in this document. Our background to the Internet and the technologies currently available have also allowed the business to identify the need for SME training with respect to marketing their organisations on the Internet and ensuring that they are able to create a website that attracts customers and converts them from website visitors to sales leads to customers. We are a private company and seek to focus on products and services which can provide growth opportunities for the business and the shareholders with a steady and sustainable return on their investment in Living Technologies.

Our Background

It is confidently predicted that within the next few years, a billion connected computers will generate e-commerce transactions in excess of $1 000 billion annually. With competition for products and services only a ‘mouse click’ away, businesses that do not embrace this technology and develop competitive e‐commerce strategies and solutions will not survive. In South Africa and all other SADEC Countries, notwithstanding lower levels of computer literacy and infrastructural development capacity than more developed countries, use of the internet has been growing at over 100% per year and there are now approximately 5,300,000 internet users in South Africa in 2010. South African research house BMI‐Tech predicts that R35-billion will be spent online in South Africa by the year 2012.

The ‘web’ offers an excellent platform, and indeed the only platform to radically enhance face‐to-face and current manual and electronic communication with suppliers and customers and to transact business. Already now and even more in the future, using the internet will be the most effective way to make it easy for people and firms to do business with each other, to streamline customer interactions, to communicate more effectively with the right customers, to build customer loyalty and to use customer information with maximum effect.
